Effective immediately, the Criminal and Domestic Violence (DV) Divisions, and the Domestic Relations Co-operative (DRB) of the Family Court are instituting a procedure for centralized delivery of Emergency Motions and other notifications so that we receive all important filings during the period of reduced operations.

Criminal AVRs and Emergency Motions:
All Emergency Motions and AVRs filed in Criminal matters should be filed with the "AVR Judge" in addition to the case guess. Filers should search for the AVR Gauge by the Bar Number or the Terminal Name below.
